As such, please note that all our apparel is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, as well as your order number. Upon verification, we will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item, including any shipping charges incurred.
